2. Messaging Channels & Automation

EsyMsg provides automation tools across various channels including:

• WhatsApp: Official API integration for broadcasts and chatbots.
• RCS Messaging: Branded rich messaging for compatible devices.
• Telegram: Bot-based automation and subscriber management.
• Meta Social: Comment replies and DM automation for Facebook and Instagram.
• Lead Ads Sync: Automated retrieval and follow-up for Facebook Lead Forms.

3. Platform Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable policies of our messaging partners (Meta, Google, Telegram). This includes:

• Obtaining proper opt-in consent before sending any messages.
• Using approved message templates where required by the channel provider.
• Respecting user opt-outs and unsubscribe requests across all channels.
• Ensuring that automated replies are not deceptive or used for harassment.

4. Campaign & Lead Data Guidelines

When using EsyMsg for marketing and lead generation, you agree to:

• Protect the privacy of leads retrieved from Facebook/Instagram forms.
• Identify your business clearly in all communications.
• Provide easy opt-out mechanisms in every broadcast.
• Not use our platform for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account. You must maintain valid authentication for your connected social and messaging accounts.

6. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Messaging credits and limits apply based on your selected plan and channel provider policies.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, spam complaints, or platform policy violations from our messaging partners.

4. WhatsApp & Meta Data Handling

5. Google User Data Handling

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Disclosure on Data Handling: We do not share your Google user data with third-party AI models or advertising platforms. We only transfer data to secure service providers (hosting) to provide the automation features you requested, and we do not disclose it to external parties unless legally required.

6. RCS & Telegram Data Handling

We process RCS delivery logs and Telegram bot interactions to enable rich messaging and automated community management.

7. Data Security & Retention

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Data is retained as long as your account is active or as needed for service provision.
